Spring cleaning in the after-school care center - thanks to all helpers
With buckets and rags, tools and lots of good humor, our after-school care center was spruced up on Saturday 12.04.25 during the big spring clean. Some dedicated parents and volunteers lent a hand - and the results are really impressive!
In addition to a thorough clean-up of the shed, the benches and the swing were also given a fresh coat of paint so that our outdoor area now looks inviting and colorful again. Our popular wooden construction site was cleaned and repaired, the barefoot path was lovingly renewed and the sand in the sandpits was completely replaced with fresh, clean sand.
Safety and a pleasant playing experience were also taken care of: the fall protection under the play equipment was dug up, the meadow scarified and reseeded - so that it will soon be possible to play barefoot again. All the bulky garbage that had accumulated was also cleared away - an all-round successful job!
